30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your invoice was fulfilled or issued to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns are subject to inspection to determine eligibility for a credit or refund.

How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at returns@jemtoolsupply.com and provide the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Order Identification: PO #, packing slip #, invoice number, or sales order #.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your receipt or any relevant documentation.
  • Items Being Returned: A list of the products you wish to return.
  • Reason for Return: A brief explanation of why you are returning the items.
  • Condition of the Items: Confirmation that the products are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide an RMA and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Inspection and Reporting Discrepancies

Customers have 7 days from the receipt of their items to inspect and report any discrepancies or issues with their order. This includes missing items, incorrect products, or damage sustained during shipping. Failure to report issues within this time frame may impact our ability to resolve the matter.

Due to the nature of precision cutting tools, customers are responsible for carefully inspecting all products prior to use to ensure they meet their specific cutting requirements. This includes verifying:

  • Diameter and dimensions.
  • Lengths and tolerances.
  • Suitability for the intended application.

Once a product has been used, we cannot accept responsibility for discrepancies or issues that could have been identified through pre-use inspection.

Late Returns (After 30 Days)

If your return request is submitted beyond the 30-day return window, it will require prior review and approval before being accepted. Approved late returns are subject to the following:

  • Restocking fees.
  • Return shipping costs.
  • Any specific vendor requirements for returning the product.

We reserve the right to deny late return requests.


Non-Stock Special Order Items

For items that are non-stock special orders—products we don’t typically carry and have ordered specifically for a customer—returns will follow the product manufacturer’s return policy. Any restocking fees, return shipping costs, or other charges imposed by the manufacturer will be passed on to the customer and deducted from the refund or credit amount. Please reach out to our team for clarification on these policies prior to initiating a return.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Altered Products: Any product that has been modified, altered, or customized from its original state.
  • Specially Made Cutting Tools: Custom tools or cutting tools manufactured to specific customer requirements are non-returnable.
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Personal Safety Products


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@jemtoolsupply.com.

For customers on Terms accounts. You will be issued a credit memo.
